Xcode 真机调试 遇到 Errors were encountered thile preparing your device for development. Please check the Devices and Simulators Window 问题。

解决方法

1、点击菜单栏 Window
2、打开 Devices and Simulators

3、右键设备（我这里是小米手机）
4、在弹出菜单选择 Unpair Device（这里我Xcode直接奔溃了）

5、手机上会弹出信任弹窗，重新信任下就可以了
